Demolition & Landscaping in Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix is home base. Andrew Scottsdale LLC is owned and run by Eddy Ortega Cruz, and we are located at 1520 W Peoria Ave in North Phoenix, 85029. From here we serve communities within about 30 miles across the Valley, and when you call (602) 206-3203 you can reach us any hour of the day, any day of the week.

North Phoenix neighborhoods such as Sunnyslope, North Mountain and Moon Valley, along with established areas like Arcadia, have many mid-century homes whose yards are ready for a new look. We help homeowners swap tired grass or faded old turf for new artificial turf, lay pavers for patios, walkways and driveways, design new desert gardens and install waterfalls or water features.

When a house or roof has reached the end of its life, we take care of the demolition so you can rebuild or remodel. Inside the home, we offer interior and exterior painting and flooring installation, so a single team can carry a project from the yard to the living room.

Every Phoenix project starts with a free first visit: we evaluate your property and give you a free estimate. Call (602) 206-3203 — we answer 24/7.
