Demolition and landscaping by Andrew Scottsdale in Arizona

About Andrew Scottsdale

A family-owned, bilingual demolition and landscaping company in Phoenix, AZ — open 24/7.

Our Story

Andrew Scottsdale LLC is a family business owned by Eddy Ortega Cruz and his wife. We started it with our own landscaping and demolition equipment and a simple goal: to be the crew people in Scottsdale and Phoenix can count on, for this project and the next.

We design gardens, build waterfalls and paver patios, replace and install artificial turf, paint, install flooring, and take down houses, roofs and other structures. We serve homes and communities across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek and Surprise — Arizona only, within about 30 miles.

We are available 24/7 and speak both English and Spanish — hablamos español. Your first visit is free: we evaluate your property and give you a free estimate, and the price is agreed in writing before we start.

What We Stand For

Reliability

We show up when we say we will, we finish when we said we would, and we keep you updated along the way.

Respect

We treat your property like our own — plants, walls and neighbors protected, dust kept under control, and the work area left tidy when we go.

Quality

Level pavers, tight turf seams, healthy plants, a clean site after demolition. The details that decide how a property looks years later, not just on the day we finish.

Community

We live and work in the Phoenix area, and our clients are our neighbors. We want long-term relationships — when your property does well, we do well.

Our Mission

Leave every property better than we found it — with the details done properly, not just good on the day we finish. Treat every customer like a neighbor, and earn the next job with the quality of this one.

Our Promise

Honest prices, honest advice and honest work. If something is not right when the job is done, tell us and we will make it right. That is how a small business earns recommendations from its neighbors.
